Eaglerise and ams Osram Reach Brand Licensing Cooperation to Jointly Expand LED Driver Market

Eaglerise has officially signed a licensing agreement with ams Osram, a global leader in optical solutions. According to the agreement, effective March 1, 2026, Eaglerise becomes the licensed partner for the Osram brand in general lighting LED drivers across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) and Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) regions, manufacturing and selling general lighting LED driver products under the Osram brand.

This collaboration will leverage the complementary strengths of both companies, further strengthening the market position of the Osram brand in the LED driver field, while helping Eaglerise enhance its global brand influence and core competitiveness, opening a new chapter of win-win development.
