In order to improve the work’s standard working skills, avoid error operation, make better efficiency, and decrease quantities of defect products, our company decided to make efforts on the worker’s job training.

On the job training means the experienced workers give the new workers a special teaching on aspects of products knowledge, operation skills and working method during working, the characters of this kind training is focus on the experience and practice.

On April, on job trial training will open on the solder production line, we plan to combine imparting knowledge with guiding in post together to reach the aim, we will choose some professional old workers as teachers, they will help the new works familiar with the products, operation, and improvement on the problems.

On March, first batch of teachers are selected, they are Xia Jingfeng, Huweiping and Wang Shijun from production department of electric transformer division.

Now, all of them finished the advance preparation of courseware on 24^th April, all workers of solders products line will begin training. During the training, human resource department and electric transformer division will tracing and give some advises and encourage in order to make the training more effective, beside, our company will opening up the second and third time training on the end of July and November.

On job training was practiced in the solder production line only now, after we own experiences, we will pull forward to all our company production line. We hope on job training will become a system in our company and get more and more efficiency.
